I’m wearing this new dress from ASTR that I got for this summer. The weather is scorching hot. It is a linen blend so it’s nice and cool. Today I’m wearing it for tea with a friend. I’m planning on wearing it on upcoming trips to Hawaii and San Diego, and an island theme party coming up (with some accessories). I like dresses because they are so much cooler in the heat, yet still give more coverage than shorts. They are easier to fit and are an outfit in one. I usually gravitate toward pencil skirt shapes and avoid ruffles, but never say never!
