I posted People Stylewatch's List on my blog today since Ruffles was one of them and I love the ruffle on the bottom of this sweater!
Wearing the hat for warmth,but kinda like the effect with the outfit. Was dressed to go to my hair appointment but minor car troubled derailed me. I have it rescheduled for Friday!
