Here is my final week of Denim December:
You can see days 1-5 here and days 6-10 here.
Monday: I saw this honeycomb knit on a mannequin in ON and had to have it. I’ve wanted a white or off white sweater for some time. This one is soft and cozy thanks to its cotton-rich construction. I layered it over my navy owl print button down and paired it with super dark rinse jeans. The shoes and bag are matchy, but matchy is a component of my personal style.
Tuesday: I wore the new lipstick red moto jacket for the first time. Here it is layered over a long sleeve black tee with medium-wash jeans. A black and white snake-print belt and dainty Cons finish the outfit.
Wednesday: The combination of neutrals (olive, brown, navy, and cream) in this scarf make it an extremely versatile piece. Tying it tightly around my neck was stylish and practical, as I had a terrible sore throat. I wore my yellow boyfriend cardigan over a long sleeve ivory tee with dark jeggings and tall boots.
Thursday: Inspired by Angie, I donned a sparkly tank over a white button down with boots and jeans for our class holiday party. The tank is actually more toffee colored than gold. Any my red big bow clutch provided the finishing touch.
Friday: I decided to give the owl print top a chance to take center stage. I added the yellow cardigan for warmth and to pick up the touches of yellow in the print and paired it with olive jeans. My matchy handbag and shoes are back for the encore.
Thanks for looking! As always I appreciate and learn from the feedback I get from all my YLF friends.
