I do realize I'll go nuts if I keep numbering the days. For today, I'm a medium contrast person, but since only you and DH will see me, I decided to experiment. I brought this bright poppy sweater from Boden last summer. I haven't worn it a lot--I have it in 3 other colors. Today I decided to experiment.
Wearing with my black Tahari jacket bought on sale 11 years ago after I found it hiding on a rack in a different department. Joe's Jeans from The Rack, a bit tight in the waist at the moment. 4-year old Mephisto sneakers, NAS sale. I bought some LockLaces and am trying them out on my oldest sneakers. I realize I need to trim the ends to be shorter. I am disappointed in these--I don't like the big lock. I have arthritis on the top of my left foot, so even with elastic laces I can't do them to the top. Any suggestions.
Also another pair of 80s earrings, a bit heavier than the others, but not much. I did try my brightest red lipstick, which doesn't show, but I'm not going to put on makeup so far.
And last, Sharkie leaving his scent all over his box in case some other cat wants to claim it. We seem to have a cat playroom in our bedroom.
I'll wear the poppy sweater later on with white pants and I'm not sure what else. Jeans I guess. The Boden cotton v necks I bought in the fall are a disappointment--not nearly the quality of this one.
