Kudos to everyone participating in this challenge! Time constraints this week make it hard to give all the feedback I would like to deliver. I am getting creative inspiration for my own outfits and enjoying the remarkable style of our forum members!

Todays outfit shows another version of a favorite silhouette. I already used this silhouette this week; this time I substitute skinny corduroys for jeans.
The turtleneck is a fairly simple tweedy grey tunic style and in my wardrobe serves as an essential piece. I added one of my favorite scarves and tried tying it two ways and liked the center knot best. I like the print of the scarf, an abstract floral, in mid tone blues, red and yellows. There aren't really any pinks in the scarf but somehow I think it worked with the boots and pink corduroys. I am wearing a red belt. Since there was so much color in the outfit, I decided on my crystal glasses, and oblong hoop earrings, plus bangles.

Once again I was happy with this outfit. It fits my sartorial preferences. I like the cheerful colors. I think it has elements that are soft, fresh, classic, practical, light, and sleek. The corduroys look a smidgen tight to my eye but they felt comfortable and they strangely garnered a lot of complements from people today, even some strangers.

Finally, I considered wearing my red glasses and think they would look great with this outfit but they bother my eyes because they have slightly different lenses than my other glasses frames. I have an optometrist appointment scheduled....

Cheers! It's me!
