I had a big day the other day with a full day at work and an event I was organising in the evening. I pulled out a pair of trousers I have hardly worn purchased last year from Zara. In the morning / day I wore them with a denim jacket, black tshirt and sneakers. On reflection a graphic tshirt might have worked better.
As I stayed at work for the dinner/event, I swapped my tshirt for an olive top( another seldom worn item) and a black jacket with boots.
The other day Sal helped me choose the three words “modern, urban and practical’ I think both outfits fit the bill. A 15 year old girl walked past me today and said ‘I like your style’ so I’m getting good feedback on the ground.
