The daffodils are at their peak here in Victoria. And I am healing.
My bone has healed (at least the initial stage of bone healing), my sling is off, I am able to wear pullovers, and I am in physio starting light resistance. Progress!

While we have gardens dripping with pretty flowers, we also have constantly dripping skies, and until a few days ago, surprisingly cold temperatures. So I'm still in my winter clothes.

But I am aiming for more spring-like colours. Here in my daffodil-toned sweater.

It's really more a lime-y citron than daffodil, but close enough. I get lots of compliments on this sweater when I wear it. Partly because it is unexpected on me, I suspect.

When I broke my clavicle, one friend sent me this beautiful little ikebana type arrangement with orchids. It lasted for weeks! But in the last few weeks, I have repurposed it. Daffodils!
