Nothing special here, but I do enjoy the little challenge of putting an outfit together based on a YLF post or blog idea. Roxanna's stunning teal suede boots were the inspiration here. (no teal suede here sadly, but the mission was to style combat boots for work). I've had these Wishbones for 4 or 5 years and baby them .I never wear them out in wet or snowy weather, and will actually carry them to work today and switch out of my Hunter boots. The silver chain around the outer edge all of a sudden started to tarnish, and no amount of elbow grease and silver polish/cleaner is making a dent . Ugh. They are probably my favourite boots I own right now.
Anyways, I had topped the joggers and my gross work t-shirt (now you can see why I refuse to wear it , lol) with a leather blazer, but the over all look was a bit too aggressive, so a softer balloon sleeved cardigan was the final choice. I picked up the fake twist t-shirt hem trick from Liv Judd (although it's not new, it is to me ) and it makes this horrible specimen of clothing look a lot better.

and just to be me - tiny little skull earrings to show I'm not *that* mainstream
