I had some fun the other day, putting together colorful outfits for a rainy and cold (what's new?) summers day. I am sharing for educational purposes...

The red outfit came out surprisingly good in photos. I am not sure I would wear it like this out and about. I would feel like a giant stop sign! The garments (and shoes) are actually all thrifted. That's why I dared try a colour that's really not "me".

The second is an attempt to style my blue raincoat. The coat has the best shape (A-line and no waist definition!). In #2 I tried styling with a cute vintage dress with trendy "disco collar". Verdict: I hate it!!! I don't like these overly masculine (in lack of better words) shapes. I have donated all my collared button-up shirts too... I much prefer blouses, mandarin collars and everything else.
