I wore this yesterday afternoon to an event. I had been itching for an excuse to wear this outfit (too bright and form-fitting for work and too dressed up for running errands). I love the neon yellow sweater with the cobalt blue skirt . Originally I wanted to wear this with plum colored pumps but -- it was cold yesterday.
You'll notice a day-time clutch too (first time) but admittedly it was late afternoon into evening so I am not sure if it really counts as day-time clutch use.
