CM Pants Part 2-the bigger size w/pics

Okay so I went back this morning to get the bigger size and they had them. Let me know if you all think these work. I would definitely need to take them to the tailor for the waist and length.

Yublocka they had the size you needed and I asked if they shipped and they said yes. Here is the number if you want to call and have them shipped to you, they had two pair left in your size: 713-960-0010. Good luck!

I think these look better Devin. Once you get the waist done you'll have a pair of perfect fitting pants! Hmm now I'm thinking of ordering a pair although I am still not sure what my size is. Do you need to know that number to order?

I was too late to comment on your other thread, but the bigger size looks absolutely great! I also went with a bigger size - I thought they look better when they are a little more "drapey", esp. with the pattern.

Aren’t they just so, so, so comfy? The fabric and the rise is heavenly. I intend traveling in mine. Super nice. Hope you get yours too Tam and Maya.

Have you tried adjusting the waist straps? I make mine really tight and it works.

Maya, that is funny. The phone number is the "713" number and I think the sku is the number that starts with "4000" in my response post to you.

Yay, I got the Angie stamp of approval! They do feel really nice, and you can just feel the quality of the pants, very nice! I have not tried to adjust the straps, but I will. I will also be taking them to the tailor on Friday. Woohoo I have stepped out of my shell to try something new, and I like it!

devin, those pants look great! Love the texture on those pants. I've been eyeing these pants for a while but since we don't have a CM store around, I've been keeping an eye out at other stores. I had no idea they shipped! So BIG thanks to you devin! I called this morning and ordered 2 sizes, 10 & 12 seeing as hourglass ladies seem to have to go up a size. The manager at the Houston store was fantastic and is shipping out the 2 sizes at the sale price of $29 and for $7 flat rate shipping WITH a shipping label for returns. I am very pleased. Now I have absolutely no idea what the pants are going to look like on me, but ordering them was a breeze and the price was awesome enough for me to purchase two at a time.

Tam, I don't remember from your posts but what size are you looking for? If the 12 works out for me (as the trend seems to suggest) then maybe I can mail the 10 to you?

san, are you sure? I talked with them only about 2 hours ago? Courtney, the manager, called back to confirm the details. When I called this morning, she told me that any store would ship and I think she also implied they were marked down everywhere? If they didn't have any in stock she had offered to call Dallas or Miami to have the shipped to me.

Alright niva success. They are sending me the 4 but she thinks these run a bit small so is trying to track down a 6 for me.

OK, well I *do* hope they fit you though. I was thinking you might get away with the smaller size because it seems like it's mostly the pear-shaped ladies who have been sizing up. I could be wrong though. I have seen them in person and my heart sunk a little when I saw only bigger and smaller sizes

I would love to send them to you if they don't work for me.
I am still waiting for a call from them saying if they found the 6 or not. I have a feeling the 6 will be beter for me if these run small.
I love how we help each other on YLF.

Oh I see. I thought they were sending you the 4 but would also send you the 6 if they found it.

If they find a 6 for you I will call them and get the 4. They must be wondering what the sudden interest in these pants are and why people from all over the country are calling them, hehe.

I can think of at least 5 things in my closet I would not have without YLF.

If anyone randomly ends up with a pair of size 10s that doesnt work, I'd be more than happy to take them off your hands!!

I found these pants completely true to size. Hmmm. San, you might be a 2. I have a zero and they are not as tight as they are on Devin, sort of roomier all over.

I shall be VERY interested to see who ends up with what size. Hilarious.

Wait, San thinks she should get a 6 and Angie is recommending a 2?? It seems like those people with curvier hips/bottoms need to size up. Although Marianne mentioned having to size up as well.

On second thought, I think I am going to pass on this. I have never shopped at CM and have no idea what my size is. Now isn't really pant-wearing season anyway.

I'm just not sure of the sizing thing on this style. I don’t understand why everyone had to size up and I didn’t? Hmmmm. Perhaps mine were incorrectly labeled.

There have been countless times when forum members have said a certain thing fits one way and yet it would fit me completely differently. I don't find it all that surprising.

I think if I have to go through the hassle of ordering or swapping with a forum member, would just feel more comfortable going with a brand I am more familiar with. I probably won't be wearing these until fall anyway. Hopefully by then there might be more options. Right now I feel like I could be a 2, 4, or 6 and I don't feel like getting all three sizes!

Whoa....lol!!! This is too funny! I didn't know this would cause such a commotion. I need to go back to the store and ask for a discount...lol! I am glad you all were able to get great customer service, the manager was very sweet!

The first pair that were tight on me were a size 4, and I usually wear a size 4 in all other jeans and pants. My hips, thighs and especially my bottom is ummmm....healthy, so maybe that is why I had to size up, because they seemed to run narrower in the thighs for me. So I ended up with the size 6.

You are most welcome Niva! I am so glad that you and San were able to order from them and that you had such a pleasant experience, and it doesn't hurt that the price was so nice either!

Maya and Yublocka I bet they are wondering!! They are probably thinking, how did these pants become so popular all of a sudden...lol!
