Hellloooo you lovely ladies who I look at daily. Just haven't had the oomph to take the photos and post in a long time. I'll blame it on the ongoing bathroom and bedroom renovation (sleeping on floor in a basement bedroom since May) and general disorder. That's my story!
My son took these pics on Saturday night. I've been sick for 10 days but rallied to go out to dinner. I had just gotten this Simply Vera dress in the mail from Kohls and noticed it had pale hints of citron in the print (which aren't showing up well on the photo), so I paired it with this CABI jacket that my sister helped me choose at a sample sale in June when we visited her CABI consultant in KY.
It is the only denim jacket I own, and I actually love it. It's very versatile, as it turns out.
The leggings were an afterthought and when I saw the photos I was surprised how cute it was. Would have picked different shoes if I'd really been 100% that night, and thought about posting the photos! . I have to wear low heels when I'm with my men - can't be taller than 5'10"!
First day of school here in Maryland - I have 2 in high school this year. It's going to go fast.
