This could be fun! Not sure about daily, but will see how much I feel inspired as a SAHM.

Oh, I'm in! In some form. I refuse to acknowledge Christmas decorations of any sort until at least December, so I'll start then. Plus, I still want to do another week of my Nov challenge. Given last week's challenge has resulted in a purge of three cardigans, who knows what next week's will bring!

I'll try to wear all of my "festive" clothes at least once outside of an actual event. Oh, it's going to be fun digging things out and seeing what I even have! Maybe I'll work it into another personal challenge for the three work weeks before the holidays.

Beth Ann, I forgot that you were a true "12 days of Christmas" person. My family always was as well. One year my father wrote a letter to the editor of our local newspaper saying that his true love had barely given him five golden rings before Fredericton recycling was knocking at the door trying to take the tree away. I'm also an Epiphany baby, so have one for me!

Gosh, I kind of do this everyday!! Somewhere after I recovered from having my son and my postpartum fashion psychosis (don't ask!!) I started ramping up the nice factor at work. Example, I have a Kate Spade Franny coat in a metallic pewter which was marketed as a very light dressy topper. It's a work blazer in my world but it always makes me feel fab. My theory jackets, same. If I only wore my nice stuff for "special" I'd never wear it. That being said very fragile or fussy (lace dress, is not in general rotation) but if I can mentally swing it much of my very "good" stuff is. Love, love, love this!!

Yay! I love festive! (Beth Ann is the best!) You two inspired me. Today I broke out my lace front sweater and my shiny shiny silver shoes. And I threw on a sparkly bracelet. I feel very festive!

Yes ma'am! Although I do try to get a little dose of glam in daily as-is -- it's one of my primary style descriptors, after all! So I will have to ponder how to further festivize without looking even more out of my environmental norm than I already do.

I'm in. I usually try to have some holiday festivity in my outfits for all of December. I have enough bling to make it last that long! I also have a large collection of vintage beaded sweaters that need to see some action.

Hmm, wheels are turning. Can't wait to see everyone's outfits!

Completely revamped my Seattle travel capsule after reading this! Chose a blanket scarf in autumnal colours, and packed mustard, wine, olive, Jean, and cream along with some black.

When I come back it will be December, and I will start with winter whiteout, pale blue, grey, and silver.

This is a great challenge. I will try to do this. Painting my nails red this week

So, I lied and started yesterday. And, my party was postponed, so anyway, I have started early here. I will post a pic tomorrow if I get a moment -- it's a crazy day. For the next few days it will definitely be on the casual end of festive but it can still be festive, right? Right.

Angie, thank you so much for this. I ve been having migraines and just getting over those, feeling in a style rut. We had Temps in the 70s up until this week, so no Fall weather bummed me out as it's my favorite season. This evening I played in my closet and found quite a few options for this challenge. I am not sure I will wear them all, but I will do my best! Starting with velvet top tomorrow!

Well I have to admit I saw this and thought "too hard". But then I realised that I was already wearing a red skirt today (debuting one from Deborah). Perhaps that can "count"?

I'm in for twice a week at least. I love an excuse to add a festive aspect to my look.

What fun, Angie. I'm going to think on this, and try to add some festive fun to my outfits. The month ahead is a stressful one for me, but it's also my favorite time of year, so dressing festively could really help set the tone!

I'll try to play along in December! I always have a lot of holiday events to attend in any case...

I'm in too! Like Beth Ann, I've already done this the past couple of winters, just haven't been posting my pics to YLF. I will try to do it with some of them this time. Due to several past years singing in a choral extravaganza, I have a "glitter capsule" to draw from to spice up my daily workwear.

I will start on Sunday, which is when Advent begins.

L'Abeille, I don't do any performing but uhhh I think I need a "glitter capsule" just the same!

I just saw this post! Y'all count me in, starting tomorrow! I'm very excited - I've been pulling stuff out of my second closet to decide whether to list on eBay, and I keep finding all this fun, festive stuff I forgot I had

Meredith: Thanks for the links! They all look terrific (I have new acquaintances singing in one). I've not been to Connor Prairie yet, and I only live about 2.5 miles from there -- a holiday gathering would be a great way to check it out!

Abeille: Can't wait to see your outfits!

Elizabeth: The last few days of Christmas are the best --- parties are over, traveling is done --- just naps and movies by the fire!

So excited that lots of us are going festive!
