The fuschia cardi? It's actually a softer shade of pink - not really a bright. I looked far and wide for that one! I cannot do a bright pink or hot pink.
The turquoise BR cardi I wear is definetly more of a bright; I like it and I'm having fun with it this summer, but I don't think it's my *best* shade.
Maybe it's hard to tell since I always put a white box on my pics!
For example my DD14 wears the brights much better than I do - but she has scandanavian blonde (near-white) hair and blue, blue eyes. My eyes are hazel - but with more green than blue, and my natural shade of hair color (if I stopped highlighting it) is actually more of a reddish dark/dirty blonde. I was much blonder as a child - more like how it looks when I dye it - but not as blonde as my DD. According to my hairdressers, I am NOT an ash blonde (that shade washes me out horribly) and also not quite a golden blonde (that shade just looks jarring and wrong). I'm what they call a "neutral" blonde with reddish undertones. I'm told that I could easily go red-head if I wanted. My sister, in fact, has auburn hair, as did my mother.
I think these colors actually flatter me much more than the turquoise cardi:

... in that last one, both the sweet pea top (which is a murky blue with a murky cream) and the cami, which is not quite as bright as the BR cardi.
And brown, I think brown is much more flattering to my skin tone than black. But I wear black anyway.
That claret BR top Tanya linked to... that color is just fabulous on me! As I mentioned, I have the one from last season, and everytime I've worn it I get compliments.
