Boucle jacket debut, and shoes others noticed!

Hi Fabbers,
I hope you all had a great weekend! The start of a stressful time of year with Christmas fast approaching!
This is the first wear of a new boucle style jacket. It is unlined and a poly-wool mix, but surprisingly comfy. It was just right for a warmish day, worn over a sleeveless top.
The shoes were very well received by my fellow Choristers

Oooh, boucle jacket goes casual. Interesting. I never would have thought of wearing it that way.

I like the shoes too. I'm going to have to experiment with coloured shoes one of these days.

Shannon, I mainly dress on the casual side. My other jacket in similar style is black with white fleck and a pleather trim, and is yet to be worn. (Bought on deep sale though, so I am comfortable planning to wear it rarely.)

The combination of colors looks beautiful on you. I usually prefer this kind of jacket in casual outfits - this looks great to me.

Lovely! And I love this icy blue & grey combination for winter. I know most people love darker and warmer colours as it cools down, and I can quite see why (I veer to jewel tones myself); but you remind me of tinsel and snow and icicles and a performance of the Nutcracker... ::sigh::... And this is just the degree of dressed-up casual I aspire to, so it's inspiring to see how it's done right (I'm still struggling to get there)

You DO look lovely, Lyn! And both the shoes and jacket look pretty darn special.
