I was shopping (coach for sunnies) and Eileen fisher for some basic tanks and tunics.
The black and white striped crossover top really highlighted my primary IT shape and I had to make peace with it. IT is what it is!
Per bebe's request I wore makeup today. The wise one said " Mom you have sooooooo much makeup and you never wear it. Please wear some". So foundation, contour color and blush, highlighter, mascara, eyeliner and lipstick.
ETA: How could I forget....my mom gifted me her Gucci bag on this trip to India. Even though I am not a fan of logos the sentimentality of receiving an heirloom piece that was carefully wrapped in its dust cover is priceless. bebe will get it some day.
