@Debbie: Thank you! The dress is an OBG from Karen Kane. I love it--it’s like wearing pjs. I had my highlights done after more than a year and I think she overprocessed because it’s way lighter than I like but not bad enough that I’m willing to go back to have it fixed... Hopefully the brown toner shampoo I bought will help.
@Slimcat: Thank you! The white jeans are almost low rise compared to what I’ve gotten used to. I’m following your lead here.

@smittie: Thank you! I’ve always loved the tiered trend. I remember sewing class (home ec!onomics) in junior high and how everyone wanted to make tiered skirts (yes, I’m dating myself!) I can’t really reconcile them with my work style unless I know I’m not seeing customers--perfect for a Friyay in the office though! Tevas are great btw. Kind of old school according to all of the millenials that choose to comment on them--haha!

@Firecracker: Thank you! I totally agree that it can be therapeutic. I’d rather shop but I haven’t had time so I’m shopping my ample closet instead. haha! Glad you like the denim jacket--it’s comically short for anything but dresses so I’m trying to get it into rotation before it gets too warm.
@JAileen: Thank you! I love taking Oreo to the beach. I wish I had more free time to do that. It’s hilarious to see her running wild--she’s like a furry bunny rabbit the way she hops around the sand. This last trip was perfect weather for her--she doesn’t like it when it’s too hot.
