Back in the Saddle (actually, boot) Again

Saturday, about 16 minutes before 16 people were due at my house for a family party, I injured my surgery foot. I'll have this lovely boot thing on my foot for the week

The day after that we went to a western-themed 80th birthday party for my mother-in-law's boyfriend at a local park. Temps were unusually warm for this time of year, plus the wedge sneaker matches the boot's platform height, so I decided to do an "Urban Cowgirl" sort of look.

Thanks, Staysfit and Una! Booties might have been better, but were not doable due to my injury. I told everyone I was doing "Urban Cowboy - 50% urban, 50% cowboy" and called it a day.
