In my initial post I showed what I ordered, then I went merrily off on vacation. Thank goodness for attentive neighbors who nabbed the FedEx packages off my porch! Everything from the initial orders arrived safely and I had a grand try-on Friday.

First, the Returns:

Cole Haan Back Bow Hooded Raincoat. As a (very) pretty pear, I knew I would be able to tell right away if it would work. Nope! A decent fit up top, but awkwardly tight on the hips and the back tie didn't help. I didn't even take a picture.

1901 Ringer Tee: One of three red tops I ordered, and definitely not the best fit. Boxy on me, tight in shoulders and bust and too loose in midsection to size up. Picture 1.

Free People Rainbow Tee in Rose and Light Blue: The reviews are right, and the sizing recommendation is off. I ordered my usual size in the pink but it felt small, definitely too short to wear with jeans. The armhole is well off the shoulder, but the shirt itself is too fitted. So with arm movement, the sleeve wants to pull the neckline off my shoulders. The pink was a bit too beige for me, too, and kind of busy with the floral skirt. The blue I sized down and of course was even smaller. It's a pretty color, but I'm not sure about it with the yellow skirt (which I pulled out of the wash for pictures, excuse the wrinkles). Honestly, it's still too pricey for me to keep a meh item. Pictures 2-7.

Second, the Queries (awaiting delivery and final decision):

Free People Rainbow Tee in Green: This had the same fit issues as the others (woohoo lots of skin showing!) but the richer color and trim looked quite nice with the yellow skirt. I took a chance and reordered a size up, giving it one last chance. It will have to be absolutely terrific to keep. No harm in trying. Pictures 8-9.

Bobeau Blouson Sleeve Top in Emerald: I ordered the only size available, small petite, and it was very small! It's a gorgeous color and I love the sleeves, so I've been stalking ever since. I have so far snagged a regular small, and then a few hours ago a medium. I'm hoping one of them will work. I also have ordered a burgundy and navy for good measure. Just in case! This may work with the yellow skirt instead of the FP tee.

Caslon Hooded Tunic: I ordered this, but something else arrived! Another Caslon hoodie tunic with a totally different design. So I kept stalking the original one and ordered again. Here's hoping it's the right one!

Halogen Long Sleeve Knit Tee in Red Chinoise: Pretty nice. I like the design and it looks good with the circle skirt. It's a wee bit brighter red than any other I own, and it's a little long and snug on the hip in jeans. I've ordered a size up and will have to consider the color again. Pictures 10-11.

Treasure & Bond Pink Floral Scarf: I forgot to try this out with outfits! It's absolutely gorgeous, just as I expected. I want to keep it, but I do need to try it with things. I've not worn a large square before, either.

Third, the Keeps:

Vince Camuto Bubble Drama Sleeve Tee in Red: LOVE this thing! Such fun sleeves, and a good comfortable fit. It's great with the circle skirt, but it's also got enough interest to hold its own with a plain skirt. Also pretty snazzy with jeans. The cuffs were mildly scratchy, but that was due the ends of the clear elastic used. I trimmed it with sharp scissors and it almost got rid of the feeling; I will cover the rest with thread if it continues to be noticeable. Pictures 12-17.

Halogen Knit Cotton Tee in Apricot: Lovely color, and terrific cut! It also looks good with my "atomic" print skirt, although it's not quite the same color, and the red and pink and green print skirt. The interesting seam details make my sewing heart happy. The only issue is that it's thinner and longer than I need. Comparison with a thicker green tee that I own and love, but is wearing out. I've ordered the apricot in a size up to see if it's still tailored, and I may have it shortened a couple inches. Pictures 18-23, with the last two comparison with my green shirt.

Gibson Blouson Sleeve Fleece in Pink: Super cozy and yet more fun sleeves! This is the blush pink I like best, and it looks great with the corduroy print skirt. I ordered a small and it's loose, so I am trying an extra small as well. Right now it's too loose to wear untucked except as lounge wear. But one size or the other I am keeping. Pictures 24-25.

Mystery Caslon Tunic: I can't identify this from the numbers on it, and can't find it on the website. I'm starting to suspect it was an old return, and the new tag was put on for a similar item! Regardless, I actually like it a lot. It's a straight fit, but a thick terry-backed knit and seems awfully nice for casual wear. I may have a debate with myself about which one to keep, if not both. Pictures 26-27.

Not Pictured: All the bras! Most of what I ordered didn't work (off on some sizing), but I got a good fitting when I went in yesterday to return the no-gos. We ordered some different sizes, mostly in models I had already tried. Those should arrive in the next week and I plan to keep 2-3.
