Ask Angie: Which type of coat should i buy?

Hi Angie and friends,

I'm living in Viet Nam and in my country it's winter now. I'm going to buy a new coats or jackets to wear at this time but i don't know which product will be the most suitable for me.

I'm 158cm height and my body type is hour-glass shaped and short legs.
So i want Angie and friends in our forums to help me to choose a best winter coats/jackets.

Thanks for replying my thread. I'm looking for both lightweight coat and jacket. I specially love the military coat but i'm not tall enough to wear it. It's funny when i wear it, isn't it?

You can wear a military coat at any height. It's a question of getting the proportions right. If that's the style you like - go for it.

Thanks for replying to my thread again. Yes, you're right. I'm afraid of the proportions when i wear military coat due to my body shape. In Winter, i offten wear short jackets to be confident. I'm going to write a blog post about this problem for Vietnamese readers. It's winter now in my country so girls are care about winter coats and jackets which fit their body type like me.
