So I think I finally found a dress for my daughter's September wedding that I truly like. It will be a very boho-y semi-outdoors affair, so it took me a day to get up the courage to send her pictures, since I wasn't sure she'd think it appropriate. But, she has approved, so I will go back in the morning when the store opens and hopefully no one bought it in the interim.
But I do feel it needs to be taken up a bit at the shoulder, which is a pretty common alteration that I require in a lot of dresses. That may be farly complicated since it has the capey thing over the shoulders, but I am prepared to walk away if I can't get it just right, especially since rarely wear anything this lowcut am also a bit unsure about the length. I like it as is, but I'd like other opinions. I would like to feel confident about exactly what I want to accomplish when I consult with the tailor.
Cooments and suggestions actively requested and appreciated!
