Hello Angie

I hope you are okay and still basking in the last glow of an Indian Summer.

I don't know if you remember but a couple of weeks ago I posted a photo from British Elle which featured boyfriend jeans with a really large turn-up. http://youlookfab.com/welookfa.....ok-are-you At the time you voiced your concerns about the look being leg shortening and as I value your opinion I would like to ask for your verdict on my copycat look from the weekend.

(BTW my other fashion barometer Ben laughed which is never a great sign)

I remember :). And I am laughing about your precious Ben.

This totally works, Jules! The jeans are just the right length and taper (read long enough and tapered enough) when worn WITH THE CAGED SANDALS. Had you worn these with ballet flats, they would be leg shortening. Or even heeled booties. But the sandals with the high vamp that show skin make all the difference here.

For what it's worth, I hope that makes sense. You look fabulous, and about to join the Kingdom of the Bob.

Whew, I will tread with caution with this look, it is a bit trixsy.

The kingdom of the bob is sounding very appealing after ten months in hair purgatory.
