ETA: photo #1 of today’s outfit. Bag is thrifted. Silk top is Consignment. Pants are EF russet from last spring. Flats are old Adan Tucker Me Too but the Rack has the same ones in the same color.
Earrings (Photo #2) were bought this spring from a glass artist at an art fair.
Hair is cut and just worn very straight.

While I don't currently own any orange clothing, I carried a bright orange cloth tote bag today.

Thank you all for the support, especially those who do not live in the US. April, We live not far from Columbine school. Every new shooting puts families on edge. Do you find that is true in your area? People don’t get over it, they keep doing the best they can.

This is great, thanks for the information. Cee I believe the protest is aimed at the politicians that could enact stricter gun control. Whether they are criminals and psychos I will leave to the individual reader.

Shevia is right. When we lived in Kansas the legislature passed a horrible law that guns could be carried concealed on campuses. Many teachers quit. An student or parent unhappy about a grade could do some serious damage. Talk about teacher stress. We need some legislators with backbone to stand up to the gun rights people and get guns out of the reach of those criminals and psychos.

Thanks for the info! I saw a few young people in orange t-shirts out tonight.

In my state it is legal to carry concealed weapons, and I am not allowed to ban them from my classroom (I teach large classes with over 200 undergraduate students in the room) or even from my lab or office.
