Edit: never trust wikipedia Clive Owen = Gerrard Butler. How silly of me.

Feisty wife, that's great the bandage dress may work.

Sally, experimentation is key to finding a way to making things look good.

I don't agree at all. JL has gone through so many looks (including some really awful ones). Anyway I know I don't like pretty boys because my choices are regularly the subject of mockery and teasing by friends. Which is fine by me--more for me!

Brad Pitt scares me. If I were walking down the street, and he was coming in the opposite direction- I would cross to the other side of the street. I'm not much for conventional pretty boys either, Maya.

I guess it comes down to how you are using "conventional". JL is pretty in the conventional sense, IMO. That doesn't mean -he- is conventional. (Not that I know jack about JL - I had to Google him to see who you were talking about.)

Kinda like Johnny Depp. Dude's pretty but he himself is anything but conventional.

Oh, and just to put myself out there, here's someone who is not classically, conventionally or really probably at all handsome yet I find him attractive: Willem Defoe. There's just something about that guy!

Again, it depends which look we are talking about. JL is always pretty (well, aside from a really unfortunate picture Inge sent me). But I like him best when he is less conventional. More grungy and more rockstar.

Pretty boys appear to be the trend the forum is most undecided on EVER! Perhaps that should be the topic of Angie's next poll ;0)

for those of you who would like to see russ crowe's legs, i think he sports a kilt in romper stomper, an ultraviolent aussie movie a la reservoir dogs.

at least i'm hoping i remember this correctly!

Late to this, and the discussion is somewhat derailed, but I have always liked shoulder enhancements like puff sleeves and now sharp shoulders, but they don't look great on me, so I am avoiding them. Wide belts are not an option, either.
I actually really like the look of the muted mushroomy colors, but they don't work for me at all (and I tried in the past).
