OK that tunic is Awesome, the boots are Awesome. Please keep both! The boots don't read pirate or witch to me, but you know I loves me some pointy toes (those are, like, barely pointy ^^). I rather like the gap they have. Certainly not the dressiest of boots, but they sure are coooool!

I like the tunic! I am luke warm on the boots - but seem to be the only one, so go with what's in your heart.

Oh, glad you like the tunic, Angie! I'm not sure on the boots myself - I haven't worn them out. They might be too feminine for my style, weirdly enough, since they are hardly that feminine. I think it's the shape of them. I am waiting to see if I can style them in ways I like before I decide.

I don't find them costumey, but if you don't love them, you are the one who has to wear them, not us. How long do you have to decide? It might be a stressful time to evaluate something like this.

Rae, they are from endless, so I have a while. I often know right away when I adore something. On the other hand, the boots I'm replacing now, I only bought because they were a bargain and seemed useful because they were waterproof, not because I LOVED them. And then I ended up wearing them into the ground.

Regarding the boots -- I'm kind of "eh" on them too. Not sure I can analyze my reaction. Maybe I just get a mixed message about where the boots are trying to go, stylewise.

I am so sorry that your friends had such bad news! With all the stress I am sure they are grateful to have you to help cheer them up and give them a little stress relief. I do sincerely hope that the Mayo clinic can help them. I had a dear friend who died of a very rare form of liver cancer a year ago and I still miss him dreadfully!

On to the boots... Those are my blue boots! My superhero ones! At least they sure look
Ike them. You must have nice thin calves, though, because my calves aren't exactly full and the boots fit much closer to the leg on me. Either that or this is a slightly different cut.

So of course I am biased, but I like them.
