Any US members ever ordered from Figleaves?

I'm wondering about returns? They say returns go to VA and then get sent to the UK, so to allow extra time. I'm wondering if anyone has had trouble with returns?

I have ordered from Figleaves and been very pleased. My first try I ordered the wrong size, but had no problem returning and exchanging for the proper size!

Yes, I order from them often because they're the only retailer that carry my favorite bra brand with reasonable shipping.. I've never had problems with returns, evn if it ends up later then the 15 day window. I love that you send to a us center first because it means shipping is reasonable. (yoox also does this.) I think they're very understanding about customs hold ups and things.

It can take a bit longer to get orders delivered because they are coming from the uk. So I wouldn't use them if I have a looming deadline, but I like them a lot otherwise.

Just curious Diana...what is your favorite brand? I'm ordering Curvy Kate and Fantasie...but ordering blind. I tried the chat with a fitter but didn't get a lot of info. I expect to be ordering and returning a bit, but I've had little success locally.

I wear Lejaby bras (a French brand, really hard to find in the US). I get them from Figleaves, Ebay, and occasionally Yoox. Right now I don't love Figleaves' selection of them, to be honest, though since they seem to be mostly focusing on the molded styles, and I prefer seamed. I do wear a "standard" bra size (34C) although I have some weird fit issues (like really wide-set breasts) so I don't know how well they work for large cups or small bands.

I've ordered from Figleaves and can't recall return processing time, but it obviously was reasonable or it would stick out.

Just FYI Nordstrom started carrying Fantasie. I know Lingerie told me they could talk to their rep and order in styles they don't carry, but can't remember if that was a specific discussion about Fantasie).
