This fall I am sliding my shifts to the side to make room for a couple of new dress shapes. This dress has a fitted top with a full circle skirt. I haven’t worn a swirly skirt in years. It was so much fun! I may have even twirled down the hall at work a couple of times. Some days a girl has just gotta twirl. Even if she is almost 58.
This fabric had a quilted texture to it, was super soft and very comfortable. I do think it made my thick middle more noticeable. I am not sure if a belt would have helped. The cardi did help, but became too warm, so I removed it part way through the day.
