On my way to see my mom for mothers day, (& so thankful that I can)

Seeing a ton of leggings and jeggings and skinnies. Lol, if wide legs are trending they missed this flight. On the other hand I think everyone but one passenger is wearing sneakers. That one passenger is looking sharp in a Chanel(ish) pump.

Wiw. Layers because you never know what the airport & plane will be like. And joggers because comfy and I have a 2 hour drive after I land. And yes after lusting after the Chloe sneakers I saw theses dupes and feel in love.

At US airports - leggings, sweats, sneakers, athleisure, and gear rule. It's different at other airports! Dubai airport in-particular is quite the mind blow.

I love airport chic, and always wanted to be more deliberate with it. One thing I'm always on top of is the shoes, for slipping off in security. In summer that will be like a Toms, in winter, Uggs.

Love the joggers--that's a great style for sleeping/sitting for long periods, and also looking chic when you arrive.

Interesting about the travel style at the airport - I imagine Carla is right; alot depends on both the city of origin and the destination. I don't think I could fault anyone for wearing what's comfy on a flight though - I was raised to 'dress up' for flights but air travel used to be a bit more of an experience - now most of us are shoehorned into the plane like so many sardines in a can and it's just something to get through, so comfort and leggings ftw I say!
