Slight cheating here, in that these two outfits are from Friday and Saturday, since I spend the majority of Monday asleep due to working nights! But they're very much examples of what I called in Angie's 'Proud of Our Sartorial Choices' my 'Refined Student' look!

Pic 1 & 2: Jeans by TR 2U, with a brown belt (not shown) due to them being a size too big! Pointy brown boots via charity shop, and tee* by punkcricket.com (close-up Pic 3). Got a vaguely 70s feel from this outfit, not sure why though! Worn for taking Child shopping in the city and grocery shopping on the way home.

Pic 4/5/6/7: Out for lunch with Child, my Dad and friends for lunch. Same jeans as yesterday, with a tee from Qwertee.com, different brown boots and a hoodie which I also had with me Friday but didn't wear as it was so warm! It didn't stay on very long Saturday either!

Both these outfits show what I feel to be my best style - a long legline (full-length bootcuts or flared bottoms, with heels), some geekiness, and some matchy-matchy in bag/shoes.

For my actual Monday outfit on the afternoon school run today, I wore the cotton tunic dress and brown boots in this camping pic (pic 8) from the summer, with navy leggings instead of skinny jeans. No actual pics of today because I rolled out of bed, into the outfit and out the door in about 5 mins! Simple, easy and comfortable! A good indication of my style choices in hot weather, although I discovered that this tunic dress rode up the front of my thighs as I walked, and thus was rather shorter than I felt entirely comfortable with! May need to find a longer version for this summer.

*There is a story behind this image, which I can explain in the comments if anyone's interested!
