Angie Formula + BR Cream Jeans

With everyone posting their fab sparkly tank ensembles, I just couldn't wait for the weekend roundup to post mine. Would you believe that I've owned this tank for a year, and this is only my second time wearing it? And I probably wouldn't be wearing it now if I hadn't been inspired by Angie's formula. Such a shame when I think about all the compliments I got today.
Style Math: 1 white button down + 1 sparkly tank + 1 pair of boot cut jeans + 1 pair of brown boots + 1 red bow clutch = 10 on my happiness scale!
I threw my denim jacket on when I got chilly in my classroom, but I normally don't wear denim on denim in shades this similar. Because of Denim December, I wore jeans today. I've included a picture of the same ensemble with trousers, which is what I would typically wear to work on a Thursday.

The last 4 pics are the BR cream jeans which were waiting for me when I got home. They are super soft, and I love the color. I'm not wearing shoes, because I want you to have a good feel for the length on me. How's the fit? Too much scrunch? Do you see sagging or bagging?

I have to run, but wanted to quickly chime in to say that the cream jeans look fabulous. Definitely not too much scrunch. That's Jr. scrunch, Jewell. Heck - look at how I'm wearing them - excessively scrunched.

Also, looking wonderful in your festive sparkly tank. Great casual office look for this time of year.

Holy cow, do you look GREAT in that sparkly tank! There's something about how the gold sequins plays off against your dark skin that is absolutely stunning!

I think that the cream skinnies look really good for fit in the hips and thighs, but they look a tad long to me. Are you able to wear them with low heels? Maybe it would be a good idea to post pics with you wearing shoes.

Gigi, I haven’t tried them with any shoes yet. I need to create some outfits around them this weekend and style them with heels, flats, and tucked into boots to see what works and what doesn't.

CocoLion, I had the same thought about the cream jeans with the tank. It was pure happenstance that I was wearing the tank when I tried on the jeans, but when I saw the pics I was inspired to create a similar look if I kept the jeans.

ETA: Lisa, you are absolutely right. I just looked through the pics again, and yes, it is amazing what a drastic change I achieved just by changing from a darker pant to a lighter one. I'll have to remember that.
