Quickly snapped pick and I think I look too cross eyed, but I often think that....
This outfit includes a Veronica Beard cropped, Puff Sleeve sweater with some crystal and silver buttons. J Brand wide leg two tone crop(on me) jeans, and Donald Pliner snake print boots in navy, grey and brown. I added a leopard print belt in a slightly different color which I thought worked okay but maybe it will hurt some people's eyes.

Accessories include my crystal glasses to echo the buttons on the sweater and I picked a necklace to do that as well because I wanted a maximal look since there is so little color. My yellow bangle and my name tag are the only color today. I have navy merino wool tights under the jeans.

I love this outfit and it feels very me despite it being so neutral. Everything feels so comfortable and fresh. The items are soft and somehow the puff shoulders are feminine but also convey some sort of authority.
I have to dash to work, but my style descriptors are: soft, classic, fresh, practical, sleek, light and my style statement is Genuine Composed. I think this outfit fills the bill do you?
