Friday is officially casual day at work. It was also nasty – cold and damp though not actually raining. So I wore a thick blue sweater tunic, the gray fur-lined leggings, and navy suede and knit riding boots. The tunic is actually a juniors’ dress I got at Kohl’s. The knit back on the boots means they fit VERY well on my narrow calves.

Friday evening I went to an orchestra concert in which my father was playing. So I threw on a sweater dress and higher-heel boots. The sweater dress is a wool/cashmere/synthetic blend from Amazon! I have it in lilac as well, and I just ordered a black one. (I rarely wear that much black, but it is basic performance wear for choir.) It’s super soft and I LOVE the design.

And this morning I have another choir rehearsal. It’s still cold and damp, so I’m wearing the blush hoodie dress and long Prairie Underground hoodie again. And the fur-lined leggings. The boots are high-top Keds! I really like this height for winter boots.
