Black’n’white patterns draw me like a moth to a flame; maybe because it bookends my hair. This shirtdress is flannel so an extra plus. I worried that tights wouldn’t be warm enough so I popped on these flares that I hacked off so they are raw at the bottom to give a little texture. The rain is light so I figured my clogs would be sufficient. I am mostly off black leather shoes, but patent doesn’t bore me in the same way. The Minkoff bag has enough texture to make it four season. And I topped this off as usual with my studded leather fingerless gloves due to my Reynaud’s. I thought they were ridiculously expensive when I bought them, but on a cost per wear basis they are now probably pennies per wear. My gold ones just like these aren’t worn as much because I don’t wear gold too often, but I don’t regret having them as well.
My life is pretty casual, so this is what I wore to Trader Joe’s market, to take DH to Kaiser, and what I will wear to a meeting this evening.
