I've been scouring brick and mortar thrift and vintage shops lately for classic items that I will wear for years to come. Lately, I've hit the mother lode, especially with this 100% wool Oscar De La Renta skirt. The price was mind blowingly low for such a high quality piece that is union made in the USA. I'm guessing the skirt is from the early to mid 1980s. The skirt reminds me of Yves Saint Laurent and his Moroccan influenced designs from the 1970s. Paired with an ivory top and red tall boots, I have kind of Carolina Herrera with a touch of Bohemian look going on.
