I had my outfit all planned; centerpiece was DKNY faux suede pants with paper bag waist first modeled here by Chris987.

Then I learned that I had not done the thing I must do to wear those pants well: buy some sort of cropped topper to go over a tucked-in base layer.

So, lesson learned, and I did in fact find and purchase two possible candidates for this top layer (secondhand).
