Am I the only one still wearing cardigans?

Because I LOVE them. They're great for layering! And I can wash them easily, unlike jackets.

However, I notice many people are shedding them... so cardigan lovers, unite!

I'm in your club.. I love cardigans. They're a classic and will never go away. I actually need some new ones. Mine are a little tired...not happy with the quality.

I still wear my cobalt and my camel cardigans, but I find that I'm wearing more pullovers instead.

I am! I love them for covering my arms when it's chilly. I am trying to decide which ones are supposedly more stylish now, anyone know? Is there a certain silhouette that is more modern?

Show me how to wear them IK, and Cinnamon and Dana... (I'll look back through your WIWs too). I suspect that as spring approaches, I'll be bringing back some of mine. I was surprised to note that I hadn't worn them much at all recently.

I like them too! I also want a new one, better quality and a versatile color. I'd also be interested if there's a silhouette that's more stylish at the moment.

My personal cardigan note: I say go for very trim or very loose/boyish. I think the drapey waterfall-front ones are dated-looking right now. Plus I found them a royal pain in the patookie - the fronts were always falling into things.

Yes, I wear cardigans fairly often. I like to belt them or button just the middle buttons to create a flattering waistline.

I'm a knitter, and do love my cardigans. I don't wear them much to work though, because I need a little more structure. But at home, I'm always bundled up in one.

I am wearing one today. It is a fuschia boyfriend cardigan and I wear it for pattern mixing with stripes, florals and animal print. I throw everything at this cardigan, I don't know why I just feel like it is so happy when it is combined with everything all at once. I also wear a little cropped cardigan with dresses to give me nice high waist definition. The rest of my regular cardigans are being ignored. I'm not ready to give them away quite yet but they definitely aren't getting much love.

I really like the look of a nice cropped cardigan in all sorts of brights, buttoned up and worn over a skirt, but I rarely wear them these days as my jackets are more attractive in terms of the way it makes any normal outfit stand out in a stylish jacket.! I still prefer them over A line skirts and dresses though.

I'm not wearing my boyfriend-y cardigans anymore, but am definitely loving the longer, chunkier, and heavy knit waterfall styles out there right now ... I guess those would be the ones IK deemed dated-looking. I just love the cozy, Aspen vibe of them. I haven't found one yet that I want to keep and wear endlessly, but I'm on the hunt until the end of February.

I like the look of a jacket, but cardis are just so much more versatile for me. Much less wrinkling, washable, warm (I've been ignoring my cotton cardis, but the wool ones are getting worn a lot).

Mostly for warmth at school/work right now. I feel like sweaters/pullovers are a more fashionable silhouette than cardigans currently, for those who were wondering (in my so obviously expert opinion xD).

I'm on team cardigan for sure. I like mine either quite long and lean looking or quite short at high hip level or even higher in order to get proportions right.
