All Black with a Pop of Colour!

Hi Everybody

So this is my 1st 'What I Wore' on YLF... how exciting!

My hubby and I met a few friends for dinner last night and I was in the mood to wear something fun. I chose this all-black outfit and paired it with maroon peep toe pumps and one of my favourite RI bags.

Top : This is a recent purchase from Zalora and what I love about it is the lace detailing on the sleeves and the lace panels that run all through on the sides, showing a bit of skin. The neck has a black faux-leather piping all through.

Jeans: These are from a brand I'd never heard of before called Mast & Harbour... they are high-rise and super comfy.... perfect for when you want to stay out all night! (We came home at 4 in the morning!!!)

Belt: is from Forever 21 and was an absolute STEAL during sale time! Its all black with some interesting detailing.

Shoes: These are again from Zalora ... maroon peep toes with a 3 inch heel. LOVE the colour!

Bag: one of my absolute favourites from River Island. Sorry I din't click a picture with the bag, but I'm adding in some that I took for my blog a few weeks ago

Apart from the outfit... please excuse my messy hair. I've been trying to grow them long. They're poker straight and very fine, so there isn't much I can do with them...so I end up throwing them in a messy top knot almost everyday!

This was my first attempt at taking pictures of myself as I get dressed....sorry for the crappy lighting!

I'd love to hear what you guys think and what more I can do with these pieces

Congrats on your first wiw Ankita! From what I can see the lace detail is lovely and I think the bag and shoes take a simple all black look and really elevate it. Looking forward to more!
