Stealing a line from my favorite song by Bill Withers. It's not the daily weather report from Seattle, but it could be! The greyer the weather, the brighter and more colorful I become. This dress just makes me smile with its bold stripes, balloon sleeves and front slit that shows a glimpse of leg as I walk.
