A week of neutrals (but what else is new?)

Here are my WIWs from last week. I had Friday off so it was a "maintenance day" - a trip to the salon!

Monday (1/2): I just realized this is my Monday FFBO (fast fall back outfit). Chaus black/white dress, Halogen black cardi, tall black boots, black handbag, orphaned blue trench that I'm trying to wear more frequently.
Tuesday (3): trying to keep a suit interesting...black/white Halogen suit, Foxcroft textured white button up, black shell, black peep-toe pumps, silver Loft tassel necklace, black handbag
Wednesday (4/5): this lace tank is another closet orphan and I'm not sure it's worth keeping - thoughts? Kaspar tank, Tahari black pants, Ann Taylor tweed jacket, B Makowsky handbag, Ivanka Trump black/ivory shoes, long pearl necklace
Thursday (6): Tahari black sheath dress, Vince Camuto cropped jacket (waving to jacket-twin Amy!), tall black boots, black handbag
Friday (7): My day off. Caslon navy knit jacket, Merona printed tank, CofH denim skinnies, Steve Madden cognac slides, B Makowsky handbag, Old Navy necklace

Suggestions for improvement always welcome and appreciated!

There is no improving perfection. You look wonderful! I love the blue coat with the black and white. Really like the relaxed yet professional feel of #3. And I actually like that sleeveless top...why's it an orphan, do you think? The texture is nice and it looks good both on its own and with the jacket.

Thanks Suz! I think it was languishing because it originally came with a black suit which was too...blah. I liked it better with the brown tweed.

Nothing wrong with neutrals! You look great in all of these. I think 6 is my fave of the lot though--I love that VC jacket on you! I also love your casual look--you look great in navy blue! The cognac slides are pretty awesome in that outfit too. You are SO pretty. Hey, why aren't you in Hawaii yet?

Great week! I love it. I do really like that lace top, but I am not sure about pairing it with tweed. It would look great with black, or maybe even pinstripes? I love that shiny black bag of yours. Gorgeous! It's not my style but it looks fab with yours. Actually I love the white one too. I think my favorite outfit is 6. I always love a touch of military.

Well I love neutrals.. And no question they love you. 1/2 is gorgeous. You can't beat black and white, so crisp and fresh to my eye. And the addition of the blue coat is stunning.

Great work with the suit in 3, you have added interest without losing the smartness of the suit.

4/5 is very elegant and sophisticated. The pearls are prefect here I think. And the tweed jacket is unexpected but works and sort of softens the lace top.

6 is perfection.

7 is a fab casual outfit.

A very stylish week indeed.

My favourites are the pants outfits --- #3's my fave but $4-5 a close second, and I also love the jacket and sheath combo. I think I'm a little bit in love with your bag in #7, which is a terrific day-off look! Navy and white and tan look yummy together on you, with your fair hair --- speaks of a seaside city look, somehow!

Beautiful mix of neutrals - you've combined colour and texture so well in these outfits. I love the casual look in #7. I'd agree with the others, definitely keep the top in #4.

Kelly, we leave on Saturday and the days are going by so fast I'm wondering how I'm possibly going to get everything done at work. Yikes! At least I'm packed, so that's one thing I don't have to worry about.
