I wore this outfit yesterday. It is more of me experimenting with layering. The layering is working out better than I thought it would. I used to be so afraid to layer.
It rained and snowed (a bit ) all day yesterday -- of course it was cold! The sliver of mustard in the belt was more than welcomed to brighten things up. Normally I would have a pointed toe something or other on my feet but because of the rain and cold my waterproof Merrell's were firmly on my feet. I don't think they were too distracting but I felt self-conscious about pairing such a heavy boot with this look.
