I haven’t been posting much because honestly, my summer uniforms have been shorts + top + sandals or dress + sandals. Really casual, really simple. And on days when I don’t really go anywhere it’s even more lame — old cutoffs and a graphic tee or my workout clothes!

But yesterday while I made a return to Anthro, I spotted this skirt, and since I edited a couple of old skirts out of my closet at the beginning of the summer (they were getting pilly and didn’t feel so fab anymore), I decided to try it. Nearby I saw this simple textured sleeveless top, and they looked so good together, I actually bought an outfit, which I almost never do!

I was so happy with it, I cut the tags and wore it today. I love a nice easy printed skirt in the summer, especially if I can wear black or white tops with it.

The other pics are same shoes and shirt, but with my two basic styles of summer shorts. Pretty much my summer uniform other than the dresses I’ve beem enjoying as well. Adding a hat and a fun bag and slides helps me feel a bit more pulled together.
