Katerina — your outfits are so much more chic than mine! I love your drama, color, and contrast.

Another fantastic combo Toban.
You are going to be a total expert in putting together a capsule wardrobe when your weight loss is complete. Well, you already are :), but what I mean is the lessons you've learned about looking so put together on a changing minimal wardrobe are going to be valuable for the rest of your life.

I love starting to see how you are remixing these pieces! You seem to have made very good, functional choices — I’m in awe.

I love seeing your remixes of these pieces.

Week 2, Day 6. Same tunic and jeans as Week 1, Day 1 for a casual trip to the mall to get new exercise tights, but changed up the booties to be easy to try on clothes.

Very nice! You mentioned in another thread that you are in the dc area. Me too!

Lovely outfit Toban!

Tanstaafl, I think there’s quite a few of us in this area. I’m in MD suburbs but was shopping at Tyson’s because I wanted to go to Athleta which is available in Georgetown and Tyson’s. Perhaps we should organize a meet up for our spring shopping?

I’m also in the MD suburbs. You must really like Athleta to be willing to go to Tyson’s. It would be difficult for me to do a meetup as we only have one car. My shopping has to fit in around the kid’s weekend activities in a way that means I am not shopping with them. I would come if I could make it work.

Week 2, Day 7 remixes for a casual weekend day. Added picture of teal cashmere sweater mentioned in Week 1.

What a great casual outfit! Very elegant in its simplicity. I love the colour palette, it is wonderful.

I love your weekend outfits. Put together, but still functional and comfortable.

I have been enjoying your cohesive 30x30 outfits. I love how your accessories bring them together, elevating and making a statement without being too much.

I share your happiness that better shoes are coming out in wide widths. That was a key learning for me from YLF. While you seem set for burgundy low heeled boots, I wanted to share these with a fellow burgundy palette lover. I recently bought these and love the them. I found them on Amazon at a great price and then researched them and saw they were an Angie top pick from NAS a few year ago. The reviews said the E was more like a C/D, so I went with E. They were a bit roomy in the instep but an added insole made them perfect with socks. And so comfortable! I am trying to avoid suede because my climate (Lake Tahoe, usually tons of snow for Winter and Spring) takes a toll so was thrilled to find a smooth leather.

They come in Black and Cognac too, but the prices are all over the map for each size/color.

Karen13, those are lovely boots and I didn’t realize they were available in wide widths. Thanks for sharing. I love all things burgundy!

Toban- Your jewelry (and outfits, but especially the
jewelry) rock.

Happy boots, yes!! Those burgundy booties might be calling my name.

Artisan jewelry and happy shoes are something I can definitively get into.

I have a few pieces of more unique jewelry, also bought on trips, but I rarely wear them. I need to get them out and figure out ways to incorporate them.

I am also in awe at how you are making your wardrobe work on your weight loss journey.

Thanks for the inspiration.

Your weekend outfits maintain your style. You create great outfits and your jewelry and scarves polish off every look. Thank you for showing how you tie your scarf. I am going to try that with an outfit this week.
