It works for me. It happens to be one of my most flattering colours. Looks good even in the disgusting lighting of a Winner's dressing room. So I'll be all over it. IF it actually shows up in the stores.
I like it too if not too pale --I THINK it looks good on me.
And it can go with summery colors or wintry grays, with black or browns.
So I would likely keep an eye out for tops or sweaters.
I think it makes the model look sallow. A terrible color for my warm skin tones, too. I love wearing purples but not in pastel shades like this. I'll have to admire this color on those it compliments, like Suz, and can wear it well.
Interesting! It's pretty, and I will definitely admire it on others. I'd have to see it on me to tell, but offhand, I'd say it might not be that great on me.
I have this, but only in lounge, sleep, and workout capsules. I have had trouble finding pieces in this color that aren't conservative/boring to me. Maybe that will change this year!
I think I tried on a jacket in a similar color at Gap with MaryK, and we were surprised it looked decent on me. I'd give it a try if I found the right piece calling to me. We'll see.
Love, love, love! I am on team purple all the way. Purples are very flattering on me, and this particual shade is kind of new and I do not have anything in it. Very exciting!
I was just thinking today while shopping how 2013's colour, emerald, was a total bust this year. I actually like emerald and suit it so I had my eye out for it all year and there was very little.
This new one is not my thing, maybe in a pattern with navy but I kinda doubt it. I love rich dark purple, but I just don't love pastels or midtones.
