I dyed my hair for over 30 years. It has been 20 months since my last dye job. 8 months since we stopped highlighting. I do have a trim and a toner applied every 6-8 weeks. My hairdresser has been amazing and a joy to work with. She has made the transition pretty easy and helped me keep my hair in great shape.
