2 WIWs - with new purple patterned shirt

My photo editing isn't working so these are pretty dark.

I had a little fun the past couple of days. #1 was Wednesday, which was quite chilly. I ALWAYS wear leggings with flats, but this pairing came to me as I was falling asleep Tuesday night (is that odd?). I felt really cute, and the shoes were quite comfy with insoles.

#2 is what I put on this morning with my new J Crew shirt. It is quite bold and I'm regretting choosing it over the black/white polka dot version, but it's final sale, so I'm going to figure out the best ways to wear it. What do you think of it paired with this yellow pullover for a classic-ish look?

It got warm quickly today, so I revised my outfit to #3. I've been rolling my skinny jeans lately, but I left them long today and tried them with my yellow wedges. I also added a couple of bangles for some more pizzazz. I tried a longer necklace, but it really got lost in the pattern of the shirt.

Any suggestions for what to wear with the patterned shirt?

I really like the ensemble in #1 JennyAnne. Black and white together is always so nice and crisp and the volume of the long cardi is tamed with the leggings. The J Crew shirt is gorgeous on you - please don't regret it! The colour is fantastic!

Oh my heavens, Jenny Anne, do NOT regret that purchase! That colour is sublime on you! And I love the ways you have worn it so far. Both are great! It all also look wonderful with white jeans.

The first outfit is terrific, too. And no, it is not weird when the outfit comes to you as you are falling asleep...or at least, if it IS weird, it's a weirdness that many YLFers share! For the record, it has happened to me, too!
