My first WIW post with a photo in it - very excited here LOL

OK, so this is what I wore yesterday. Very bright, and I had two incredibly positive comments, and surprisingly BOTH my daughters liked it! (They usually disagree just to spite each other LOL).

I wasn't sure about the shoes - my attempt at what I have that could possibly be considered "nude"...

EDIT - Oh wow!! Seeing as I can upload TWO pics, here's todays outfit too. Very plain, but I feel very comfy, and all I had to do was get the groceries and head home. Don't look at my head though - I didn't "do" my hair today and I feel really tired for some reason...

I like your outfits Theresa. I'm going to be cheeky and say the first thing that came to mind when I saw your first outfit was 80's band Icehouse lyrics "Electric Blue"? (must be the cardi! ;-)) I love your casual look too, simple, practical but with just that little bit of extra style.

These outfits are so much fun. The dress in the second pic is interesting enough by itself for a casual day, I don't think you need to fuss much with it unless you're going for a particular vibe.

I really felt comfy in both outfits, so that certainly made them winners in my eyes!

Although, when I am using my cross-body bag, I've decided I feel a bit naked or lost... I have both hands free and its a very strange feeling LOL

Angie it isn't hot yet, but certainly getting quite warm - almost 30c/86f most days. If I wear a short sleeved cardi in the morning, its off by midday.

Kim LOL interestingly though I have worn this dress a bit over winter tho! With leggings etc. But I am guessing its going to get loads of wear now!

Sparky & Scarlet thank you so much for your continued concern. I can definitely still tell when I am reaching my limit, but thankfully every day is a little better than the last. Tomorrow is a 4 hour school excursion to a farm, so I'm suspecting I will be rather worn out tomorrow night and needing a good sleep.

KP I thought the same thing!! That song came to mind as soon as the cardi arrived in the post LOL

Love the first outfit to bits. Second outfit is great too, I love the shoes. If you want to repeat it, maybe try with a belt or some accessories to see how it changes it up? You look beautiful!
