Today I am wearing a most perfect blouse. Normally, I would not go for a sheer button-front blouse with pockets at the bust. I just couldn't resist the snake print called out to me and I picked up the blouse in gray/white and beige/cream. It doesn't slide around as I anticipated and the pockets aren't distracting at all. Score 1 for team try it anyway.

Tonight I have class. I prefer to dress for class simply because of who I could run into on the way there and to impress upon my instructors (who are practitioners) that I am a professional. And speaking of professionals I now have a long-term temp assignment that starts Monday. Back to daily outfit posts YAY! My assignment is the perfect place to park myself for my last semester of my masters program, rack up experience in my specialty and await the all important bar results due out in less than two weeks.

Have any of you "tried it anyway" when it came to a piece of clothing that "common sense/experience" predicted wouldn't work?
