After listening to all your suggestions regarding her outfit discussed in a previous post, Michelle loosened the knot in her scarf, added a silver pearl bracelet, and decided to wear her moto jacket and black flats.

Ladies, I can't thank you enough for your suggestions! They made all the difference in the world to my confidence. The tip about lowering the position of the knot was especially helpful; Corey, who questioned the long scarf look the first time around, noticed the more slimming effect immediately and was rather impressed with your obvious savvy! The multiple complements I received at work today reinforced what I've known all along; you guys can't be beat. I'm realizing that I quite often have the right combinations/basic concepts in place, but you guys are the ones that really make it work. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

I agree that it's one of the nicest looks i have seen on you (okay I haven't been around for too terribly long, but it IS a fab look!).

It's fun to have the great pieces like the moto, bracelet, scarf, etc. that you know look good on you and you know can raise the style quotient on an outfit!!

Oh, and you can lower the scarf knot even more - it depends a bit on the neckline of the main top under it, but usually anywhere between where you have it and down to the hollow between the breasts (if I had cleavage, I would know where that is in relation to cleavage) and it gives you the slimming illusion of a v-neck shirt -- of carying depths. Gosh, I hope that made some sense. . .
