I did not buy this jacket during NAS but recently it went on sale for about 1/3 of the original price so I decided to try it. The weather right now is perfect for a jacket like this (in the 40s today). What do you think?

I will have to figure out how often I will be able to wear it (certainly works as gear; not sure if I am going to be able to also wear it as outerwear over some of my work clothes, such as lightweight sweaters).

I think it looks great on you! Is this the original one that was also in NAS? I ended up ordering the new model "Z Quilt Go," which arrives tomorrow.

I love the jacket and it seems to fit you well. I think unzipped it would work well with skirts or trousers as a casual "blazer" look.

Ah, I saw that at the Rack, all sold out - I think it will be a fun jacket for you - a bit different from what you usually wear, and at that price, why not try something outside the box?

Janet, I think your photos were the ones that made me notice this jacket (and I think cciele and rachylou also have it).

What are the types of situations you ended up wearing it in? I remember you mentioned wearing it on a recent trip to Iceland so sounds like it works well for travel.

As a matter of fact, I wore it this morning when I dropped my kids off to school. I primarily wear it as outerwear in casual settings -- MOTG, casual evening out, errands, that kind of thing. I could wear it to work, but I think it would be too warm to wear inside the office.

I found it great for travel -- I'm so glad I took it with me! I ended up wearing as a casual outfit piece with jeans and boots on the ship (not outerwear) -- where it got compliments and even an inquiry from someone who thought it was leather. Then when I was back on land in Reykjavik I wore it to walk around town for a few days. It was a great combination of lightweight, warm, and fashionable as everyday casual outerwear with jeans, yet I knew that in a pinch I could wear it to go running. And I have found it washes nicely too.

More recently, since I've been home, I've worn it to got to a couple of cool, postseason evening baseball games (go O's! and its worked out nicely. I even had three thin layers under it the other night and was quite comfortable.

M--Also don't forget that you can wear it while you run! I have a Zella jacket that I bought for running and going to the gym. It's super light weight and I really love wearing it as gear.

Keep, keep, keep! I loved that jacket but it just didn't fit me right. It's the perfect casual/hanging out/working out jacket.

Yep yep, I have it too! I think it's a great jacket. I've only it worn it as work-wear, if you can believe it. True, my office is casual - but kind of in an iron-your-jeans way.

I find it really warm, but not too warm. When I wear it, it's my coat and sweater.
