I'm a little confused about the time frame of Zara's return policy. The website says 30 days from the date of the confirmation, which would mean mine needs to be returned by Oct 13th but it doesn't say if it needs to be posted by Oct 13th or received at their site by Oct 13th. I'm assuming posted by the 13th but wanted to check to make sure. I'm waiting for some boots in a different size that I want to compare. Thanks for your help!!
